We believe that everyone has the right to have the wedding ceremony they desire, specifically tailored to their individual needs. After all Love is Love, whoever you are! We will work with you to create a ceremony that reflects who you are and is unique to you.
Our high quality celebrant services are designed to meet the needs of all our couples, but especially those who are on a tight budget. Quality need not cost the earth!
We are delighted to announce that Rainbow Weddings have been voted Best Celebrant South East England 2024 by the prestigious Lux Life Global Wedding Awards!
Unlike many other independent celebrants, we focus entirely on our core purpose - to give you the very best ceremony we can, whether that is a marriage celebration, renewal of vows or commitment ceremony.
We don't get involved in other areas of celebrating such as funerals, baby naming and so on, just weddings!
And as our lead celebrant Paul was a Registrar for twelve years, he has conducted hundreds of ceremonies in that time, at a wide number of venues.
This is the kind of experience that many other independent celebrants simply cannot bring.
Once you contact us, we will hold a free no obligation meeting with you, to find out what sort of ceremony you would like and how best we can achieve it! And also to get to know a bit about you as a couple, how you met and so on.
After that we get together, usually about 4 weeks before the ceremony, to agree the script, and how you would like the ceremony to be structured. The meeting will be at a mutually convenient venue and will usually last about an hour.
Then on the day of ceremony our celebrant will arrive at your venue an hour before the ceremony is due to begin. They will have a chat with both of you (separately) before the ceremony, just to run through what will happen and help to calm your nerves! Any final questions can be sorted out then.
And then... it's time! The celebrant will conduct the ceremony you have designed just for you and then you both sign a Commemorative Certificate, if you would like to have one. The celebrant presents you to your guests, and you go and have fun!
